HEAD OF SEO

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and strategically minded SEO Head to integrate with our team. Our ideal candidate brings extensive SEO experience, an in-depth comprehension of search engine algorithms, and a proven history of orchestrating victorious SEO campaigns. The SEO Head assumes a pivotal role in formulating and executing impactful SEO strategies, driving continual enhancement, and ensuring client contentment.


Responsibilities:


Strategy Development and Execution:


Devise and enact a holistic SEO blueprint, augmenting online visibility and translating business goals into reality for our clients.

Undertake meticulous keyword research and analysis, pinpointing target keywords and avenues for organic expansion.

Synergise harmoniously with multifunctional squads, merging SEO strategies with broader digital marketing endeavours.

Remain abreast of search engine algorithm adjustments, industry trends, and nascent SEO methodologies, honing strategies ceaselessly.


Team Management and Leadership:


Lead and govern the SEO division, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to the squad.

Define department objectives, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the prompt, triumphant execution of projects.

Undertake performance evaluations, supply constructive feedback, and uncover growth and training openings.

Cultivate a collaborative, forward-thinking work milieu that spurs knowledge sharing and professional advancement.


Advanced Technical SEO Mastery:


Supervise extensive technical SEO audits, spotting and vanquishing performance bottlenecks.

Harmonise operations with the web development unit, implementing paramount SEO practices, enhancing site architecture, and optimising site swiftness and performance.

Hone website crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.

Incorporate structured data markup and optimise rich snippets to elevate visibility across search engines.


On-Page and Off-Page Optimisation:


Lead the charge in refining website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and other on-page facets for focused keywords and superior user encounters.

Craft and execute advanced link building strategies to procure top-tier backlinks from authoritative domains.

Execute competitor analysis to detect link building and content avenues.

Collaborate symbiotically with the content team to ensure SEO-conscious content creation and optimisation.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:


Diligently monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytic platforms.

Trace keyword standings, organic traffic trajectories, conversion rates, and other pertinent SEO benchmarks.

Produce comprehensive reports for campaign evaluation, trend spotting, and delivery of data-grounded insights and suggestions for refinement.

Present reports and performance briefings to clients, providing astute strategic counsel grounded in insights.
