FULL STACK ENGINEER

Are you a versatile and experienced Full Stack Engineer ready to join our development team? Join us in designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of web and mobile applications. Your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, coding, and problem-solving will help create comprehensive and user-friendly digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and design specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web and mobile applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using frontend and backend programming languages and frameworks.
Ensure the seamless integration of frontend and backend components, delivering cohesive user experiences.
Integrate frontend components with backend systems, APIs, and external services.
Design and implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with design specifications.
Develop and maintain backend APIs, services, and databases to ensure robustness and optimal performance.
Optimise applications for scalability, security, and overall performance.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Stay informed about the latest frontend and backend development trends, technologies, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback from peers.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a portfolio showcasing both frontend and backend projects.
Proficiency in frontend programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js, or similar, and backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Express.js).
Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and API design.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
Strong understanding of web standards, browser compatibility, responsive design principles, and security best practices.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest frontend and backend development trends and technologies.
