MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER

• Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Preprocess and analyse large datasets to extract relevant features and insights for model development.
• Optimise and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Experiment with different algorithms and techniques to improve model accuracy and robustness.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability for model training.
• Design and implement experiments, A/B tests, and hypothesis testing to validate model performance.
• Deploy machine learning models to production environments and monitor their performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Communicate findings, insights, and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong background in machine learning algorithms and model development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to optimise and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.
• Experience with model deployment, containeriSation, and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex problems from a machine learning perspective.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
