PRODUCT MANAGER

Are you a dynamic and strategic Product Manager? Join us to drive product development and success. As a Product Manager, you'll define strategies, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure valuable and customer-focused solutions. Your leadership throughout the product lifecycle will be key in achieving our business goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders to develop and prioritise the product roadmap.
  • Product Specifications: Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Feedback Integration: Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers, sales teams, and stakeholders to refine product features.
  • Development Oversight: Work closely with designers and developers to ensure timely and successful product feature delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse product performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Revenue Strategies: Develop pricing strategies and revenue models in collaboration with finance and marketing teams.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and communication plans.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams, providing necessary tools, training, and materials for effective product selling.
  • Industry Insights: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Product Management Expertise: Showcase a strong understanding of product management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting data insights.
  • Project Management: Possess strong project management skills, planning, organising, and prioritising effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills to convey strategies, updates, and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Show a collaborative mindset, working effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer-Centric: Embrace a customer-focused approach, understanding user needs and translating them into product features.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate strategic thinking, aligning product initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Product Tools: Be proficient in using product management tools and platforms for roadmaps, backlogs, and documentation.
  • Adaptability: Show adaptability and willingness to navigate changing priorities and market dynamics.
  • Problem-Solving: Exhibit problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
