PROJECT MANAGER

Are you an experienced and results-driven individual with a passion for successful project execution? Join our Project Services team as a Project Manager and take the lead in planning, organising, and managing projects from start to finish. If you excel in project management methodologies, team coordination, and stakeholder communication, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


  1. Project Definition: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure the execution of project activities.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project risks and issues.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project status updates and reports.
  6. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  7. Facilitation: Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment and progress.
  8. Coordination: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
  9. Post-Mortem Analysis: Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  10. Team Environment: Foster a collaborative and positive project team environment to drive motivation and engagement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organszational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to address project challenges.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
