GROWTH MARKETING LEAD

Responsibilities:


Growth Strategy Development:


  • Chart a course and execute all-encompassing growth marketing strategies that embolden customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Weave together the tapestry of market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to unravel growth opportunities that lie dormant.
  • Using the compass of data-driven insights and business goals, define and prioritise growth initiatives that set the stage for fruitful endeavours.
  • Converge with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, and sales to ensure the symphony of growth strategies harmonises with overarching business objectives.


Customer Acquisition and Conversion Optimisation:


  • Evoke customer acquisition campaigns across digital marketing channels such as paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and referral programmes.
  • Instil life into customer acquisition funnels, landing pages, and conversion junctures, amplifying user experience and cultivating conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests, acting upon data-forged optimisation strategies to nurture an evolution of campaign performance.
  • Exploit marketing automation and CRM tools to segment audiences, and tender personalised communication for augmented customer engagement and conversion.


Data Analysis and Insights:


  • Examine campaign data, user behaviour, and funnel metrics, extracting insights that unveil trends, carve pathways to opportunities, and highlight regions ready for enhancement.
  • Be the architect of dashboards and reports that meticulously monitor and articulate key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics.
  • Employ data-driven insights as your compass to navigate decision-making terrain, as you calibrate the instruments of campaign performance and adeptly allocate resources.
  • Engage in the rigour of cohort analysis and customer lifetime value (CLV) calculations to demarcate high-value customer segments. This insight is the bedrock for honing laser-focused acquisition and retention strategies.


Experimentation and Iteration:


  • Hone in on the grand stage of growth experiments, encompassing the symphonies of landing page optimisation, pricing tests, referral programmes, and the discovery of new marketing channels.
  • Erect a sturdy scaffold that supports experimentation, iterates through learning curves, and constructs bridges to continuous improvement and growth.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of experiment outcomes, synthesising lessons and extending successful strategies to a grander scale.



Team Management and Collaboration:


  • Radiate leadership as you steward and guide a team of growth marketers, illuminating their path with guidance, support, and mentorship.

Qualifications:


  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A desirable addition is an MBA or advanced degree.
