PAID SEARCH MANAGER

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and seasoned Paid Search Manager to fortify our ranks. The ideal candidate should possess a profound comprehension of paid search platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, alongside a proven history of deftly orchestrating triumphant paid search campaigns. As the Paid Search Manager, you'll guide a troop of paid search experts, interface with clients, and guarantee the seamless execution of paid search strategies to propel maximal ROI.


Responsibilities:


Strategy Development and Execution:


  • Forge and execute comprehensive paid search strategies, materialising client ambitions and fostering quantifiable outcomes.
  • Harmonise with clients to grasp their business aspirations, target audience, and competitive backdrop.
  • Undertake exhaustive keyword research and analysis, unearthing high-performing keywords and audience targeting prospects.
  • Align paid search strategies with the broader digital marketing undertakings and client goals.


Team Management and Leadership:


  • Lead and command the paid search department, shepherding the team with guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set departmental objectives, parcel out responsibilities, and ensure punctual and triumphant campaign rollouts.
  • Undertake performance evaluations, supply constructive inputs, and uncover avenues for honing skills and nurturing talents.
  • Foment a milieu of collaboration and ingenuity, kindling the flames of knowledge exchange and professional evolution.


Campaign Planning and Execution:


  • Fashion campaign structures and account hierarchies for peak performance and scalability.
  • Undertake all-encompassing keyword research and analysis, imparting insight to campaign targeting and ad group formulation.
  • Breach captivating ad copy that aligns with client aspirations and industry best practices.
  • Optimise bid management, ad placements, and targeting configurations to optimally harness campaign potential and ROI.
  • Implement conversion tracking and other monitoring mechanisms to gauge campaign effectiveness.


Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:


  • Vigilantly track campaign performance, dissecting cardinal metrics encompassing impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-action (CPA).
  • Engage in A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and campaign components to heighten performance.
  • Continuously fine-tune campaigns hinged on data-rooted insights and top industry practices.
  • Pre-emptively advise clients on augmenting campaign efficacy and fulfilling goals.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular performance reports, showcasing insights, trends, and recommendations to clients.
  • Undertake profound analysis of campaign data to spot trends, openings, and zones for enhancement.
  • Present cogent, actionable suggestions for finetuning campaigns and attaining client objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certification.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving ability for campaign optimisation.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Attention to detail and time management.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes.
  • Creative thinking for ad copy.
  • Prior experience or internships in digital marketing is a plus.
