Ready to step into the role of a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Head within our team? We're on the lookout for candidates with an extensive grasp of paid media channels - encompassing paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and video advertising. As the Paid Media Head, you'll spearhead the leadership and management of a proficient team of paid media experts. Responsibilities:


Strategy Development and Execution:


  • Craft and execute all-encompassing paid media strategies spanning multiple channels to realise client objectives and optimise ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to fully comprehend their business goals, target audience, and advertising prerequisites.
  • Undertake comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint target audiences and refine campaign targeting.
  • Seamlessly dovetail paid media strategies with overarching digital marketing initiatives and client aspirations.


Team Management and Leadership:


  • Head and govern the paid media department, providing expert guidance, unwavering support, and insightful mentorship to your team.
  • Define departmental milestones, delegate tasks, and ensure the prompt and successful culmination of campaigns.
  • Conduct meticulous performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and zero in on growth prospects and training necessities.

Campaign Planning and Execution:


  • Oversee the meticulous development of comprehensive paid media campaign strategies, which encompass meticulous channel selection, nuanced budget allocation, and astute targeting tactics.
  • Lead the planning and execution of paid media campaigns spanning the gamut from paid search to display advertising, social media advertising, and video advertising.
  • Undertake in-depth keyword research, shepherd ad copy creation, and polish landing pages for paid search campaigns.
  • Craft audience targeting strategies, articulate creative briefs, and finesse ad copy for display, social media, and video advertising campaigns.
  • Incorporate conversion tracking and other measurement mechanisms to gauge the unerring effectiveness of campaigns.


Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:


  • Conduct the watchful monitoring of campaign performance, sifting through key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Oversee the methodical optimisation of campaigns using insights extracted from data, established industry practices, and the overarching goals of clients.
  • Furnish strategic recommendations that fortify campaign performance, refine targeting precision, and finesse budget allocation.
  • Forge collaboration with the team to conduct exhaustive A/B testing of ad copy, creative constituents, and landing pages for the ultimate campaign optimisation.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate periodic reports illustrating the ebbs and flows of campaign performance, served with illuminating insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Immerse yourself in the depths of campaign data, extracting valuable insights that spotlight trends, prospects, and nooks for improvement.
  • Offer lucid, actionable counsel to polish campaign efficacy and secure client ambitions.
  • Stay perpetually in sync with industry shifts, burgeoning technologies, and the novel openings that swirl within the realm of paid media channels.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in helming paid media campaigns, preferably within an agency or digital marketing setting.
  • Proficiency in navigating the terrain of paid media channels, from the intricacies of paid search to the visual appeal of display advertising, the nuances of social media advertising, and the resonance of video advertising.
  • Possess robust analytical prowess with a flair for deciphering the essence of campaign data and proffering data-driven insights.
  • Unparalleled mastery of campaign planning, adept audience targeting, ad copy refinement, and the management of bidding dynamics.
  • Hand-on familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics platforms, including the nuanced intricacies of Google Analytics.
