SOCIAL/CONTENT LEAD JOBS

Responsibilities:


Social Media and Content Strategy:


  • Develop and execute all-encompassing social media and content strategies in perfect resonance with business goals, target personas, and industry trends.
  • Navigate the seas of market research, adversary analysis, and audience insights to unearth hidden content gems and ride the waves of social media currents.
  • Coalesce seamlessly with the marketing ensemble, synchronising your strategies with the overarching marketing symphony.
  • Infuse each strategy with objectives, personas, and KPIs to compose harmonious social media and content compositions.


Team Management and Leadership:


  • Emerge as the conductor, directing a team of content creators and social media virtuosos, imparting guidance, feedback, and unwavering support.
  • Foster an ecosystem of collaborative creativity, cultivating teamwork, catalysing innovation, and nurturing the seeds of continuous learning.
  • With a steady hand on the baton, define destinations, conduct periodic assessments, and inspire symphonies of success through mentorship and feedback.
  • Choreograph the professional evolution of your team, guiding them to surpass their own limits and expand their symphonic horizons.


Content Creation and Management:


  • Lead the creation of a harmonious array of content: poetic prose, visual crescendos, multimedia sonnets, and more.
  • Safeguard the sanctity of brand messaging, voice, and visual identity, ensuring coherence resonates through every piece.
  • Collaborate with internal sages, subject matter experts, and external contributors to craft content with melodies that deeply resonate.
  • Direct content calendars, from conception and creation to refined proofreading and graceful publication.


Social Media Management and Engagement:


  • Take the helm of social media vessels, charting courses across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Choreograph social media rhapsodies, orchestrating campaigns that crescendo brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
  • Gracefully navigate social media conversations, responding promptly to comments and inquiries, maintaining a professional performance.
  • Cultivate community connections, nurture positive relationships, and spark dialogues that harmonise with our brand's melodies.


Analytics and Performance Measurement:


  • Arm yourself with social media and web analytics instruments, decoding performance melodies of reach, engagement, conversions, and audience demographics.
  • Harmonise these data melodies into actionable insights, guiding the continuous refinement of social media and content strategies.
  • Compose performance reports that unveil insights, trace trends, and craft improvement blueprints.
  • Stay attuned to industry orchestration, echoing evolving social media and content trends, algorithmic shifts, and benchmarks.


Requirements:


  • Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
  • Boast experience as a Social/Content Lead, Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or akin roles.
  • Exhibit eloquence, wielding language with finesse, and demonstrating an eye for grammatical harmony.
  • Emerge as a strategic sage, weaving and executing social media and content strategies with mastery.
  • Showcase virtuosity in social media management tools, content systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Include social media advertising platforms expertise, such as Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Display an understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation.
  • Demonstrate leadership, fostering collaboration and mentoring.
  • Juggle multiple projects within the tempo of a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold meticulous organisation, attentive to details.
  • Collaborate effectively, nurturing harmonies with cross-functional teams.
