SEO MANAGER


Looking for a seasoned SEO Lead to amplify our team's capabilities. Responsibilities:


Strategy Development and Execution:


  • Craft and implement holistic SEO strategies, amping up online visibility and meeting business objectives.
  • Dive deep into keyword research and analysis, spotting organic growth avenues.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across teams, merging SEO tactics with digital marketing undertakings.
  • Stay current on algorithm shifts, trends, and emergent SEO tactics, incessantly refining strategies.


Team Management and Leadership:


  • Shepherd and mentor the SEO team, nurturing growth and boosting performance.
  • Delegate, prioritise, and ensure top-tier, timely output.
  • Evaluate performance, offer constructive feedback, and spot skills development prospects.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven work atmosphere.


Technical SEO Optimisation:


  • Conduct exhaustive technical SEO audits to spot and troubleshoot performance hitches.
  • Work hand in hand with the web development squad to roll out SEO best practices, revamp site structure, and amplify speed.
  • Hone website crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.
  • Infuse structured data markup and enrich rich snippets for amplified search engine visibility.


On-Page and Off-Page Optimisation:


  • Elevate website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page elements for laser-focused keywords and seamless user experiences.
  • Design and enact link building stratagems, snagging top-notch backlinks from authoritative domains.
  • Unearth link building and content prospects via competitor scrutiny.
  • Team up with the content unit to birth and optimise SEO-friendly content.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:


  • Monitor and dissect site performance, leveraging SEO tools and analytic platforms.
  • Keep tabs on keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and other pivotal metrics.
  • Craft regular reports assessing campaign efficacy, spotting trends, and dishing out actionable insights for enhancements.


Qualifications:


  • Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or an affiliated field.
  • Unveil a track record of steering SEO drives and managing SEO crusades.
  • Sport an in-depth grasp of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking determinants.
  • Profess advanced technical SEO mastery, covering site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
  • Unveil analytical might, transforming data into actionable gems.
  • Flaunt proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or analogous platforms.
