Are you a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Lead ready to join our team? We're in search of individuals with an in-depth understanding of paid media channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and video advertising. As a Paid Media Lead, you'll be at the helm of planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns. Your role involves overseeing a team of adept paid media professionals, ensuring the seamless delivery of client campaigns.


Responsibilities:


Strategy Development and Execution:


  • Craft and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels to meet client objectives and maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to grasp their business goals, target audience, and advertising requirements.
  • Undertake thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify prime target audiences and enhance campaign targeting.
  • Harmonise paid media strategies with broader digital marketing tactics and client objectives.


Team Management and Leadership:


  • Lead and govern the paid media department, extending guidance, support, and mentorship to the team.
  • Set departmental milestones, delegate tasks, and orchestrate timely and fruitful campaign rollouts.
  • Undertake performance assessments, provide constructive feedback, and identify growth opportunities and training requisites.
  • Foster a collaborative, inventive work atmosphere that nurtures the exchange of knowledge and professional development.


Campaign Planning and Execution:


  • Formulate all-encompassing paid media campaign strategies, including optimal channel selection, budget allocation, and targeting tactics.
  • Devise and oversee paid media campaigns spanning paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and video advertising.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, guide ad copy crafting, and refine landing pages for paid search campaigns.
  • Develop strategies for audience targeting, creative briefs, and ad copy for display, social media, and video advertising campaigns.
  • Implement conversion tracking and other metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness.


Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:


  • Carefully oversee campaign performance, dissecting key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Embark on A/B testing of ad copy, creative elements, and landing pages to heighten campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights, foremost industry practices, and client objectives.
  • Proactively provide clients with actionable recommendations to uplift campaign results and optimise budgets.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports delineating campaign performance, presenting insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to spot trends, capitalise on opportunities, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Offer clear, actionable counsel for refining campaigns and accomplishing client objectives.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, burgeoning technologies, and fresh prospects within the realm of paid media channels.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Expertise in paid media channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and video advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide data-driven insights.
  • Excellent understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, ad copy optimisation, and bid management.
  • Experience with campaign tracking and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Certifications in paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable.
