SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Content Creation and Curation:


  • Assemble captivating and riveting content tailored to resonate across various social media platforms, spanning text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Curate and judiciously disseminate top-tier content from reputable sources, serving to heighten brand trustworthiness and ratchet up audience engagement.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with design and creative squads to usher forth visually arresting, shareable social media assets.
  • Safeguard the unbroken coherence of brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across the entire spectrum of social media channels.


Social Media Management:


  • Herald the oversight and meticulous maintenance of social media accounts traversing diverse platforms including, but not confined to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Shepherding the formulation and execution of social media content calendars, schedule posts to amass maximum reach and engagement.
  • Exercise vigilant vigilance over social media dialogues, swiftly responding to comments and queries with professionalism and promptness.
  • Enmesh with the online community, stoking positive relationships, and kindling dynamic conversations around our brand.


Social Media Advertising and Promotion:


  • Engage in the art of fabricating and enacting paid social media advertising campaigns, designed to propel brand recognition, extend reach, and induce conversions.
  • Navigate the complexities of ad optimisation, embracing ad targeting finesse, budget allocation savvy, ad creativity, and methodical A/B testing.
  • Assiduously track social media advertising trends, features, and optimal practices to execute campaigns with consummate precision.
  • Confer closely with the marketing team to assure that social media advertising seamlessly aligns with the strategic thrust of overall marketing initiatives.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Exploit social media analytics tools to meticulously track and gauge pivotal performance metrics encompassing reach, engagement, conversions, and audience demographics.
  • Apply a data-driven lens to scrutinise insights, thereby crystallising actionable wisdom to orchestrate the optimisation of social media strategies and campaigns.

Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Tangible, proven experience as a Social Media Manager or akin designation.

  • Demonstrable prowess in crafting engaging, impactful social media content marked by both written and verbal excellence.
