DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER JOBS

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Define digital marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for measuring campaign success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion between digital marketing strategies and broader marketing initiatives.


Campaign Development and Execution:


  • Strategise, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, email, content, and display advertising.
  • Efficiently manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources, and fine-tune campaigns for optimal return on investment.
  • Partner with creative teams to craft compelling digital content, encompassing ad copy, landing pages, and visuals that resonate with the audience.
  • Monitor, assess, and derive insights from campaign performance metrics, delivering recommendations to refine strategies.


Online Presence and Branding:


  • Oversee the organisation's online presence across platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital avenues.
  • Uphold and refine the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation throughout the digital landscape.
  • Enhance website content, structure, and user experience to elevate search engine rankings and boost organic traffic.
  • Apply search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies, staying updated on SEO best practices and advancements.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Employ digital analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on the efficacy of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret data, extract insights, and furnish actionable suggestions for optimising marketing strategies and driving continuous growth.
  • Regularly create reports and presentations for stakeholders, spotlighting key performance metrics and emerging trends.
  • Stay attuned to industry developments, technological shifts, and digital marketing innovations to maintain competitiveness.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:


  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, nurturing their growth through guidance and professional support.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, innovative workspace, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and perpetual learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development units, for seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Foster relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to amplify digital marketing initiatives.


Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing capacity.
  • Profound knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and optimal practices across diverse channels.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, for data analysis and insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in conceiving and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities for data interpretation and actionable recommendation generation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying intricate digital marketing concepts to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management proficiencies, adeptly handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Competency in digital marketing tools and platforms, encompassing marketing automation, CRM systems, and content management systems.
  • Solid business acumen, adeptly aligning digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
