PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Are you a highly skilled and analytical individual ready to join our team as a Performance Manager? We're seeking candidates who possess a solid grasp of digital marketing channels, adept data analysis capabilities, and a penchant for optimization techniques. As a Performance Manager, you'll be entrusted with the responsibility of meticulously managing and refining marketing campaigns. This includes deftly tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and offering invaluable insights and recommendations to heighten campaign performance and Return on Investment (ROI).


Responsibilities:


Campaign Management and Optimisation:


  • Oversee the meticulous planning, execution, and fine-tuning of marketing campaigns spread across a spectrum of digital channels.
  • Keep a vigilant watch over campaign performance metrics, encompassing impressions, clicks, conversions, and other pivotal indicators.
  • Fathom the intricacies of each campaign to identify ripe areas for enhancement and to methodically implement strategies that propel campaign performance and bolster ROI.
  • Forge seamless cross-functional collaboration, ensuring the harmonious execution and unobtrusive integration of campaigns.


Data Analysis and Insights:


  • Deconstruct campaign data with analytical tools and platforms, sifting through data to unveil trends, patterns, and performance insights.
  • Skillfully extract actionable insights from the abundance of data and offer meticulously crafted strategic recommendations. This, in turn, galvanises campaign performance and realises client objectives.
  • Immerse yourself in profound analysis of audience behaviour, conversion funnels, and other pertinent metrics that breathe life into performance enhancements.


Tracking and Reporting:


  • Set up and proficiently administer tracking systems engineered to gauge the cadence of campaign performance and the trajectory of KPIs.
  • Craft regular, illuminating reports that serve as a channel of communication, furnishing campaign updates, performance metrics, and insights. These reports resonate with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Foster the development of bespoke dashboards and visualisation tools - these are designed to not only demystify data but also lubricate the gears of analysis and reporting.


Testing and Experimentation:


  • Engineer, execute, and subsequently scrutinise the findings of A/B tests and experimental ventures. This strategic pursuit aims to refine campaign elements like ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Apply your discerning eye to the tapestry of test results, deriving wisdom from patterns and conclusions. This expertise is harnessed to inform the most potent strategies and tactics.
  • The continuity of testing and experimentation is a thread woven into your recommendations, designed to nourish ongoing performance enhancement.


Client Communication and Collaboration:


  • Embark on the role of a client's main point of contact, anchoring a dynamic rapport characterised by lucid communication and shared understanding of campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, weaving a tapestry of strategies, goals, and performance metrics that align seamlessly.
  • Present campaign performance updates, insights, and recommendations in a manner that's both articulate and impactful, solidifying trust and illuminating pathways to growth.


Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in the realm of managing and fine-tuning digital marketing campaigns.
  • Possess robust analytical prowess, harnessing the ability to not only unravel data but also conjure insights from its intricate tapestry.
  • Command proficiency in wielding analytical tools and platforms - whether it's the deft use of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or analogous tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels is second nature - be it the nuanced terrain of paid search, the visual allure of display advertising, the dynamic sphere of social media advertising, or the potent medium of email marketing.
  • A flair for adopting campaign tracking and reporting methodologies.
  • Present with excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to translate intricate data insights into clear and impactful narratives for clients and stakeholders.
  • The finesse of project management and the agility of organizational skills come naturally. This unique blend empowers you to navigate the intricate dynamics of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
