As a or SEO Account Manager – Digital, you will primarily be responsible for the ideation and development of profitable digital strategies for clients and implementing them through white hat search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) activities and other paid search campaigns. Your mission would be to help your clients attract traffic on their websites and convert leads into revenue.
You will research and prepare a list of relevant keywords to be optimised as part of the clients’ digital campaigns and keep a track of competitor businesses to lend your clients a strategic edge. You will monitor search analytics and implement relevant tools to improve your clients’ organic rankings on Google and other search engine page results. You will manage ad groups and PPC campaigns and do all on-page SEO activities, including development of tags, content optimisation and SEO audits. You will also be required to build effective strategies around site hierarchy, content development and link building.
You will create monthly reports and manage performance dashboards to acquaint clients with the progress of their digital campaigns. You will also analyse points of conversions and monitor all website metrics such as traffic from search engines as well as traffic on the clients’ websites. You might also be required to interact directly with clients to understand their business needs and pace their budgets to meet their monthly digital advertising targets. Most importantly, you will constantly research and stay abreast of the latest digital media trends, including changes and update sin Google algorithms, to ensure maximum efficacy of your clients’ online marketing campaigns.
