MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We're on a mission to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Executive, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic marketing team, working collaboratively to implement and execute campaigns that make an impact.


Responsibilities:


Marketing Campaign Execution:


  • Assume a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels – digital, social media, email, content, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to craft captivating marketing collateral, encompassing advertisements, brochures, and digital resources.
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns within stipulated timelines, budget constraints, and alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and furnish insightful reports on key KPIs.


Digital Marketing:


  • Take the reins of our digital marketing channels, including our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Curate and generate compelling content for our digital spaces, augmenting brand visibility and sparking higher customer interaction.
  • Harvest and analyse data concerning website traffic, user behavior, and online campaign efficacy using cutting-edge analytics tools.
  • Deploy advanced search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques, propelling organic search rankings and driving a steady influx of website visitors.


Market Research and Analysis:


  • Undertake comprehensive market research to discern customer needs, prevailing market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Evaluate market data, glean customer insights, and assimilate industry reports to shape robust marketing strategies and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to remain ahead of the curve, unearthing novel opportunities and ingenious marketing methodologies.


Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:


  • Lend your prowess to fashioning marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales support tools.
  • Collaborate synergistically with the content team to spin compelling narratives and insightful content for marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Meticulously proofread and edit marketing content, ensuring unwavering precision, coherence, and alignment with brand guidelines.


Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Forge strategic alliances with internal teams including sales, product development, and creative units to orchestrate the synchronisation of marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Deliver seamless support and orchestration for marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Cultivate open lines of communication and foster robust working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.


Experience:


  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in marketing or allied roles (even internships or entry-level positions).
  • Exemplify astute mastery of marketing principles, techniques, and time-tested best practices.
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit adeptness across an array of digital marketing channels and tools, encompassing social media platforms, email marketing solutions, and content management systems.
  • Command basic comprehension of SEO principles and wield web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Showcase creativity and the faculty to inject innovative concepts.
  • Boast strong organisational capabilities and a knack for simultaneously steering multiple projects.
  • Prioritise meticulous attention to detail and exhibit an unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier work.
  • Operate adeptly both autonomously and within a team context.
  • Possess keen analytical skills, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Display proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
