BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Are you a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst? Join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll contribute by collecting, analysing, and presenting data insights that drive business strategies and operational improvements. Your ability to work with data visuaisation tools, create informative dashboards, and communicate findings effectively will contribute to the success of our data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive actionable recommendations.
• Create data visualisations, interactive dashboards, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Monitor data quality and perform data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in data integration and transformation activities to consolidate data from different sources.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data visualisation.
• Continuously improve and refine BI solutions to provide more meaningful insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualisation.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Familiarity with business intelligence concepts, KPIs, and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to convey findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
