SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

Are you an experienced and strategic-minded Service Delivery Manager? Join our team and take responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of technology solutions and services to our clients. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, managing project execution, and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in client relationship management, project management, and team coordination will be pivotal in maintaining strong client partnerships and delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technology requirements and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of Service Delivery Engineers, coordinating their efforts to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices for service delivery, project management, and client communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of service delivery.
  • Stay updated about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management and client relationship management.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, coordinating project efforts, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex client challenges.
  • Experience in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
